Delete Your Taseel Account

Available even if you no longer have the mobile app

You can permanently delete your Taseel account and its associated learning data in either of the following ways.

Delete inside Taseel

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, enter DELETE and your current password, and confirm. The active account and associated learning data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the App

Email the address below from the email address registered to your Taseel account. Use the subject Taseel account deletion request. For your security, never include your password in the email. We may ask you to verify control of the registered address before completing deletion.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open your email application, send the request to [email protected].

What is deleted

Account identity and authentication sessions.
Learning cards, review history, progress, responses, and adaptive-learning evidence.
Personalized Arabic-name analysis and optional pilot records associated with the account.

Pending correction reports are de-identified. Access-controlled disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted records for up to 30 daily backup generations and are not used for ordinary product access. See the Privacy Policy for details.
